A customer can hold supported currency accounts and select a default account and display currency. The display currency helps present a unified view; it does not change the underlying currency of an account or transaction. Available currencies and account actions can differ by customer, country, verification status, and service availability.
Exchange quotes can change before confirmation. The confirmation screen should show the source amount, destination amount, exchange rate, and any applicable fee. A completed exchange appears in account activity.
Customers can create a unique payment tag and use supported tags to send or request money. Always verify the recipient, amount, currency, and any note before authorization. Completed internal transfers normally update both customers' account activity.
Wallet transfers move value between eligible accounts owned by the same customer. If the currencies differ, the app displays the exchange calculation before confirmation.
A bank transfer can pass through submitted, approved, processing, successful, rejected, failed, or review states. Timing depends on the destination, banking network, compliance checks, cut-off times, and service availability. A pending or processing transfer is not the same as a completed payout.
Eligible customers can view supported virtual cards, card activity, and available controls. Freezing a card pauses new card use where supported; unfreezing restores availability. A permanent closure, replacement, or security block is a different action and may require support review.
Card PIN changes require a one-time code sent to the verified email address. Sensitive card details and PINs should never be shared in chat, email, support tickets, or screenshots. The app may require a transaction PIN for transfers or card-related actions even when the account is already signed in.
Crypto access can require a separate application, risk acknowledgements, and review. Supported assets, networks, deposit availability, withdrawal availability, prices, and limits can change. A market price is an estimate until the customer confirms an available quote.
For deposits, use only the asset and network shown by the app. Sending an unsupported asset or using the wrong network can cause permanent loss. Blockchain transactions may be irreversible, delayed, or visible publicly. For withdrawals, verify the address, asset, network, amount, and fee before authorization. A submitted withdrawal may remain under review before broadcast.
Cryptoassets can be volatile and customers can lose value. Crypto information in the app is not personal financial, legal, or tax advice. Regulatory protections depend on the service, asset, provider, and country.
Eligible customers can review available managed strategies or trader profiles, submit a position for review, follow its progress, and rate a completed experience. Each position has its own amount, duration, fees, status, and settlement information.
The current performance experience is generated by Zeelark's managed investment model and does not by itself represent direct ownership of externally executed securities. Displayed performance can include modelled gains and losses. Any principal protection applies only where the position screen expressly states it and is subject to the conditions shown for that position. Do not treat projected or modelled performance as a guarantee.
Zeelark staff will not ask for a password, full card PIN, authorization PIN, or one-time code in a chat, ticket, email, or phone call. If someone asks for one, stop and open a support ticket from the app.
Customers can control routine email and push preferences where available. Essential security and service messages can still be sent, including password resets, one-time codes, account-security events, recovery updates, and support-ticket replies. Push delivery is not yet available on every device or installation.
Open Help and support from the Profile area. Get help opens the ticket system, where a customer can create a ticket, review replies, and attach up to two relevant screenshots. Ticket replies are emailed to the verified address. Recovery cases contain security or account-review updates and are separate from ordinary support tickets.
Open live chat launches the support messenger only from the main Help and support screen. If the messenger is unavailable, create a ticket. Never include a PIN, password, one-time code, private key, seed phrase, or complete card number in a ticket, screenshot, or live-chat message.
Use the in-app installation prompt when it appears. If it was dismissed, the browser can show it again after seven days unless Never show this again was selected. Browser menus can also offer Install app or Add to Home screen.
When an update is ready, use the app's Refresh or Update action. If an old screen remains, fully close and reopen the installed app after updating.
Availability can depend on verification, account status, country, limits, provider status, or a pending review. Check the message on the relevant screen and use support if it does not resolve.
Many completed internal transfers and blockchain transactions cannot be cancelled. Contact support immediately if you believe an action was unauthorized, but recovery is not guaranteed.
Balances change with posted activity. Exchange and crypto prices can move between viewing and confirmation. Use the final confirmation and receipt as the transaction record.
No. Use tickets for issues that require attachments, a durable reference, investigation, or later follow-up. Live chat is best for general questions and quick guidance.
Try an available sign-in method, use password reset where appropriate, and follow any recovery access shown. If access remains blocked, open the public app and follow the account-recovery guidance provided on screen.
